I didn't manage temperature right on this bottle. It started caramel then spent a long time tasting like sucking on oak before returning to pretty strong caramel flavors. Next bottle I'll keep it colder or start warmer.

11% BBA Scotch Ale Very nice Founders brew. ABV is hidden. Plenty of barrel leads this malty brew.

Tons of vanilla on the nose. A bit of strawberry jam. Body is smooth, not viscous. Plenty of vanilla carries through. He touch boozy unfinished but quite balanced for 11%. Notes of chocolate raspberry. Undercurrent of chocolate espresso beans.
