We are celebrating having decorated the Christmas tree with this nice Canadian Breakfast Stout, though it’s almost supper time. This beer is deep with coffee and chocolate flavors. Mocha in a beer!

Wow I missed this beer! I love the slight hint of chocolate and maple! Coffee comes out a little strong but overall well balanced

My last 4 check ins stated this may be my last one, as it was out of production. Not anymore baby! 🥓☕️🥃 I have to hold my lip when I sip because I'm still numbed up from my crown prep and I'm drooling like Kramer on Seinfeld. 🤤

Mixed feelings on Founders in general these days, but I couldn’t resist trying the newest vintage of CBS. Because I lack convictions. Probably. Also, dang it, it’s still pretty delicious.

Sweet maple syrup and chocolate up front with the coffee and its bitterness at the apex for balance. Bourbon/wood/vanilla emerges in the aftertaste. Full body; mod CO2. Only gentle warmth for 11.7%; creamy and smooth. Though tasty it’s missing something.

If you don't like this beer you're 10-ply bud. Sweet, roasty, and pleasantly boozy. I feel like this is just as good if not a little better than previous releases but maybe it's just fresher. Quite tasty and glad to see this one in stores again.

This is more bourbon barrel forward with less maple flavor than I remember. I’m not a fan of super sweet dessert stouts, but I think I prefer the older, sweeter versions.

Absolutely delicious! Chocolate and coffee and maple up front, and then just enough bourbon on the backend to make it absolutely delicious. Not too boozey but just right. Terrific flavor!

Frothy head with foam and lacing in my collectible 2018 KBS glass. Maple and chocolate nose with upper notes of roasted coffee. And the flavor! Assertive vanilla blended with the bourbon barrel. It finishes smooth and thick.

As delicious as ever. Founders finally releases their best beer again. I long for the good old days when the annual release of CBS and KBS were highly anticipated events and finding bottle of was an adventure.
