6.3% ABV Gueuze Lambic. Tart and fruity with almost no carbonation. Interesting and very drinkable but almost a wine like feel. Dry and tary fruits.

I really wanted to like it because the last geuze I had was delish, but this seems a bit watery, almost wine mouth feel. Though tart, the actual flavor is hard to figure out. I keep getting a strange sesame-like finish.

Dryish. Very sweet and fruity. Sharp sourness but mild

Probably the last beer on the menu I have not had yet. It is ok. Well.

Kind of bland, has like the faintest taste of stale oranges. Really dry. Smells kinda funny too, but I’m not laughing.

Finally made it to Monk’s. This sour is great. Happy thanksgiving to us!

Less acidic, smoother and softer than bottled Boon geuze. Brief sharp sourness quickly disappears. A bit of dryness.

Draft geuze. Sandy, vanilla on the nose; creamy heed and much less carb. Still got that complex leatheriness. Sélection.
