Sweaty oaky leathery brett, earthy, ton of apricot musty fruit, green apple, pineapple, lemon, in the minority but definitely get the cognac from the barrel, ever so slightly lively (for me), stunning beer at 6 years aged, only get better (cries).

Faktycznie jak Pan Wiktor K. mowil: fajowo sie starzeje, i rzeczyswiscie sa nuty takie slodkie, cos na ksztalt brzoskwini z puszki z wanilia, smisznie. Jest tes sporo tanicznosci, lekka cierpkosc, sporo kwasnycu owocow, kapka piwnicy. Lepsze niz swieze

Beer from a hundred year-old cask, yep. The cognac flavor may still be slightly too strong but it’s tasty. Bet it gets better for many years.

Really Really good. Been sitting for a while. It's softened some, a richness that other geuzes don't have.

OMG! The funk! So amazing! Tart, but sweet. Sharp and effervescent. Apple notes that blend oh so well. Such a wonderful beer! Thanks, Tim!

Tasty. Sour with some oak. Oh, forgot to mention it is quite expensive. I paid $25 for a 375. But it was worth it
