Bien sèche et plutôt astringente, léger low-body. Un délice avec la raclette.

Not a particular deep aroma, not heavily acidic but rather wooden and straw notes. Slight vinuous afterglow and a non typical Geuze Taste. Might need some more aging.

Beduidend minder dan bv. net gedronken Mariage parfait 2013.

Big pop of the cork. Muted nose, offering a bit of funk. In the mouth, yellow apple skin and malt/grain. Body is thin, finish is short-lived. I'm not in love with this bottle. Eager to revisit later, though.

Heerlijke bier die iets zuur is en wat weg heeft van groene appel. Erg lekker met een wat zachte afdronk

Exact waar boon voor gekend is, malse en gebalanceerde Geuze. Al verwachte ik iets meer van de veroudering, mist wat funk en zuurtje is ook heeel licht aanwezig

LCI apero van vrijdag en start van de bottleshare . Duidelijk eentje van Boon in het aroma. Muffig en mildzuur en dat komt ook in de smaak terug. Droge finish met frisse accentjes van appel maar heel erg zacht. Ideaal met dat warme weer..
