Late check-in from today. J’adore le ptit feeling champenois que ça apporte dans tête. Sinon, c’est full effervescent et léger, mais la pomme verte et le pamplemousse mélangés au fût de chêne m’amènent à l’extase gustatif. Mioum !

Lot : 81505. Highly carbonated, but not a gusher...be careful with the cork when opening! Slightly lemony with a touch of apple sweetness, minimal funk. Not complex, but highly approachable.
