A little bit vinegary and vinous, but tastes mostly to me like sour lemon with some very acidic white wine. Funky, medium sourness. A smidge of sediment. Needs more berry character to offset the acidity.

Arômes vineux vins blanc léger plus côté boisé herbacé. Notes houblonnée florale fruitée vin blanc sans être trop acide sûre et belle longueur en bouche, persistance légère amertume florale. Belle découverte pour une Geuze.

J’aime d’amour cette série. C’est rien de subtil, on a une belle offrande de fruit du verger, pomme mûre et poire. C’est bon bon!

Colour like IRN-BRU but tastes nothing like it thankfully. No typical barnyard stuff going on but it’s got loads of flavour and is more sour than the rest in the series. I like it, very easy to drink.

N: overripe mealy apple, compost, mushrooms, decomposing wood (wet forest earth). Tart, not sour, great balance, incredibly complex, only hints of horseblanket. Amazing.

Grape must, oak, funk. Fruity nose on pour that fades quickly. Sour finish.

Bracingly sour, a touch astringent at first. Very young-tasting; tart apple in the nose. Lightly funky. It's delicious 🍻
