Clean and crisp, dry and a little spicy at the end. Minimal funk/sour taste. Delicious mono blend base is solid. Not a big flavour but still very good to enjoy on its own, more like a dry wine in terms of flavour (and bigness?)

Букет ярче, чем у 91-го. Бочка сильнее проявляется. Не повлияло на оценку, но тут не хватило изюминки. И оценка выше, а 91-й роднее.

Powtórka. Tym razem jakoś bardziej piwniczne, troche wanilii, drewno , funky. W ustach wytrawne, mocno wysycon, kwaskowe, cytrusy, piwnica, ściągające. Smaczne

Gorgeous geuze. Excellent balanced taste of sour beer. You can't drink more than 2 bottles, but you need to try it for familiarization. Шикарное geuze. Отличный сбалансированный вкус кислого пива. Больше 2х бутылочек не выпьешь но попробовать нужно.

Last of the series. Very good. Agree with the description. All the beers are refined and balanced but not much barnyard if any.

In contrast to yesterday's geuze, this one is drier with no young fruit flavors but with lovely grape-y/wine-y character.

Gold pour, minimal head. More vegetal and smoky notes, almost squashy, than VAT 91, less sweet and nectary, although there is still some sweetness.

Oct 18. 375ml bottle. Misty gold. Vibrant fresh floral bretty lambic funk on the nose. Crisp nettley notes on the palate, nice wild floral elements, lemon hints with a splintered woody bitterness. Excellent gueuze.

Сварено 16.11.2014.Бутилизированно в 16.12.2016.Годен 2036.Ну как Дима сказал,за меня ещё и поэйджил магазин)Ещё пара-тройка Ватов были.Ну чтожж..,в принципе его можно просто нюхать весь вечер,и не пить)Моченые яблоки,сено,конские"дела",косточка абрикоса.

Not loving this. Mild and Oaky, it’s almost still which is surprising after the cork shot off. Subtle sharpness if any, it’s funky no doubt but lacks any real character.
