Yeast on the nose. Mellow sour funky apricot on the palate. Salty grapefruit finish.

Very high pressure in the bottle, the cork flew out the second the wire was taken off. Quite a dry beer, bit of grapefruit and stonefruit here. Maybe even apple. Lightly earthy & salty. Very fresh, tart and sourness really punches through.

Big collaboration of brewery's, full of fresh hop flavour, but has a very bold sourness. Very fresh & feels a little green. I reckon it needs a few years in the cellar. Nice sourness with grassy undertones but certainly needs a bit more smoothness.

Aroma of almonds, citrus & citrus blossoms, green apple skin, damp hay. A hint of cognac? A bit of body, somewhat slippery, Some Autumnal fruit & grain gives a softness. Moderately sour w a bit of zing @ a dry end. Well mannered w lurking wildness behind.

Perfeita! Rendo-me ao estilo quando bem feito. Essa cerveja tem um sabor que remete ao de pitanga e a acidez tão equilibrada que não agride. Feliz de ter tomado breja tão boa.

Funky stalgeurtje, licht fruitig zuurtje ook met wat appels en licht bittertje met prima balans. Stiekem toch iets meer van verwacht

Yellow color, very fine, stable white head, moussierend, aroma: wood, acidic, wine, flavor: very high carbonization, very dry, bit sour, oaky, very well balanced, a prototypical gueuze, love it! Everything is as it should be
