One looks for horsey character in lambics - this has it but leans more to the horse manure rather than the horse leather still a better lambic than made by some

Not over-carbed, good amount of head. Golden color. Initial aroma hit is "rustic" (aka horse blanket) but turns into citrus and acid. Very effervescent, light flavor with notes of wood. Decently sour/tart. Astringent finish that leaves

Really unique beer. I think I opened this shortly before the grand entrance at the reception! Cheers to my sister Alyscia and my brother in law Dalton! It was a magnificent wedding and I'm forever grateful to be a part of the bridal party.

Yummy! 👍😊 Seems to develop mineral & apple aromas over time, making it even better. Well done Boon!

Aged well. Very Belgian-y. Crisp pear, effervescent, followed by champagne dryness. Fairly complex.

Great complexity. A little lemon hay, some green apple, as well as a bit of minerality ... Balanced by a touch of malt sweetness.

This is delicious. The gamble on a non-cellared lambic paid off! Geuze is such a unique flavor. Delectable.
