Not good. Some traits of baby sick in there, lots of chunks in the glass, despite resting beforehand and a good single pour.

Wear a mask! Bottle share with Richard P. and Gemma P. So lovely. Delicate, dry funky citrus rind beer. Bit of weird cider flavour in it.

Mycket bra lambic. Fruktig doft av äpple. Fin fruktig, torr smak av äpple och en aning citrus. Så nära champagne en öl kan komma.

Ahh, fan, ge den några år! Den behöver nog det. Sitter dåligt ihop. Dåligt med syra, händer nästan inget med komplexiteten.

Je m'attendais à beaucoup plus acide il y a un manque d'acidité pour moi, même si elle reste très bonne. Par contre gros gros dépôt de levure.

Manque de corps. L'acidite est trop timide et le côte sec arrive trop vite. Un peu déçu. N'espère qu'avec le temps elle va se bonifier.

Har frukten. Har syran. Men en märkvärdig bismak efteråt och trots allt en aningens tunn.

Loud pop from the cork and lively carbonation. Funky and musty with a touch of wet wood. Earthy and very dry with fruity touches of green apples, grapefruit and apricot. Balanced sour and acidic. Minerals and bit of warmth in finish.

Perfekt ackompanjemang till en varm och solig söndagseftermiddag! Torr, jästig, lagom syrlig. Äpplen och kalkiga mineraler! Bra grejer!
