Love the VAT series. Incredilble how this foeder produces such an elegant, sophisticated and understated geuze. An absolute pleasure to drink. Mellow, with semi sweet peach and honey flavors. Smooth and subtle.

Lagret hos #verdensbestepol i over 2 år! Mjuk og sammensatt. Litt mer hvitvin enn jeg husker og mer en litt mer kompleks fruktighet (flere typer steinfrukt, sitrus, og bær).

Mellow apple, muscat, and nectarine in the aromas with mild and wild funkiness. Smooth mouthfeel. Lightly bodied. Well-balanced flavors with mild acidity and the sweetness of biscuits.

Definite stone fruit in this one, possible peach or apricot. Lovely mouthfeel and full of dry character 🥰

Самая яркая ароматика, тростниковый сахар. Очень мягко, танины, винная бочка. Оказался кальвадос. Очень вкусно!

Перебродившие яблоки, прелые листья, пописала коровка! Чуть подвязывает рот. На финише сластит персик! Очень вкусно!

Foeder 91 was originally a calvados cask in Normandy. Soft, subtle apple and oak notes. Brewed 1-7-15. Bottled 12-19-16.

Notes of citrus fruit in flavour, but smells more like cider. Light and full bodied. Pairs well with parmaggio cheese
