Zaten wat eiwitvlokken op. Niet scherp moutig zuur zoals de standaard oude geuze van Boon en aardig wat vanille.

Apart. Te droog te bitter en teveel hout. Vroeg me altijd al af wat >3 jaar oude geuze is, maar ik begrijp waarom ze het op die leeftijd houden.

Mooie ding. Fluweelzacht in het zuur. In de neus en smaak het hout wat apart samengaat met een bitter. In de neus ook veel meer tart dan in de mond. Funky ergens ook en I like it. Niet per se mijn go to Boon.

Ikke så sur som den smakte eik, litt fønk og kanskje noe tørka frukt. Mye forskjellig i en godt blanda smak.

Late check. Still in a pretty good condition, this one might easily be a 4.25, but I'll go with a 4.10. Flavors are pretty centered and the wild part is very good, just needs more intensity and persistence. But it's a very good example of a geuze.

Aroma of old and Moroccan lemons, the laundry, brandy, cut flowers shortly before they give up. A lot of body for a geuze. & it's warming! Really q a lot of brandy w citrus & damp laundry behind. Some almonds/ apricot stones, then zingy oak. Will age well
