Niet zo intens als voorgaande vintages. Romig, klein zuurtje en een iet-wat droge afdronk. Nice.

Misschien zit die heerlijke rabarberwijn van Pellicle nog tussen mijn oren maar holy moly deze is óók heel goed! Romig met een klein zoetje van de rabarber en een mild zuurtje van de base Lambic. Thnx Joeri R.

Vandaag een heel mooi Swap pakket open mogen maken van Rick V.! Van mooie geuzes tot gave stout bieren. Heel erg goed gedaan. Complimenten!

Pairing with the wine. It's good but not great. Mild tanins, sourness and mouthfeel. Would be better if you tasted it alone.

We kunnen éééntje drinken. En wat anders als een 'verse' Cantillon. Net kersensiroop met weinig koolzuur én met een afdronk die je mond gortdroog trekt. I love it!

Sharing a bottle with my mom. Although she dislikes sour beer in general, she loves elderflower! The beer itself is quite mellow and easy to drink. lovely!

Still has that fresh raspberry smell, although the fruity flavor has almost vanished. It has a bit of tart left but not much.

Nice brew. I do like the hoppy flavor this Lambic-ish style ale brings to the table, but some more age would send it over the moon. Good now, better later.

Wel op zijn plek met deze score. Smaak van verse frambozen en blauwe bessen. Vanille komt tot zijn recht in het mondgevoel samen met het tarwe. Top!

Don't know if this one is a different batch from my previous check-in of the 2020 version, it does seem so since this one is much better in my opinion. Mild sweetness and way more tart. Niiiiice.

Voor mij is dit de perfecte blend tussen rode Merlot-druiven en lambiek. Smaakt 'jong', fruitig en is erg soepel. Lekker voor bij de bbq. Thnx guys van Appelsap!

Didn't like this as much as the 4.7abv one. Heavier body with more tart in the aftertaste. Would love to taste the 0abv later.

I don't know how much fruit was in the triple (this one has 3%) but that one was loads better... This variant has a sharp sourness for days with next to no sweetness from the blueberry. I wonder if they'll ever make a bottled spontanquadrupleblueberry...
