HORAL's Oude Geuze Mega Blend (2022) Bruszewski

Got this from Den Herberg head brewer and owner, when we visited the brewery yesterday. Thank you! This vintage is not as lively as 2021 - no corks damaged the ceiling. Full, balanced but the finish is agresive.

The Penta Milkshake IPA Bruszewski

You know its Bank Holiday Monday why you have a 15% Ipa for lunch! Alcohol is not well hidden, all the flavours fight for survival in this flood of bozzines. Edit: sink.

Cantillo Cuvée Des Champions (2021) Bruszewski

English hops are much fruitier than Saaz. Nose is much more sweet (strawberry!) but finish lacks the dept supported by Saaz-malt combo.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2021) Bruszewski

2nd bottle from this batch. I missed the beautiful hops aroma when I had first bottle. Decorum is destroyed by acidity. All the flavours fight with each other - sweetness is only lack of acidity, there no leather, bitterness is lack of sweetness....
