Draft lambic during metal festival can't go wrong. Super crisp and acidic lambic with dry notes of rhubarb, strawberry, crisp green apple, lemon and oak. Very flavourful and quite low carbonated. Excellent.

Cantillon lambiek met rabarber. Zuur en zuur. Ondanks de overjaarse hop... geeft Cantillon me altijd een bepaalde bitterheid (wat technisch niet mogelijk is)
