Paired with scallops in a crab sauce - both were very good. The Vig worked well with this food as it was fairly light and effervescent, yielding some white wine, light melon, and lemon. Was a little sharp in spots, but still pretty soft, IMO. 4.35

Plus de St-Lam pour rapporter chez Cantillon, on se tourne vers la Vigneronne. Très vineuse avec un goût fruité qui rappelle la pêche. J’aime beaucoup cette nouvelle cuvée.

Superb beer. The nose is rich and intense with fresh fruit and grape juice. Sweet white grapes, tropical fruits, notes of old wine barrel and cellar. The palate is rich and juicy, again with fruit and grapes. Sourness is pleasantly mild. Really good!

Виноград гармонійно вписався в загальну картину ламбіку зі своїм шармом. Не дуже кислотне, виразно танінне, приємна ламбікова гіркота. Приємне, гармонійне, оригінальне, самобутнє, натуральне. Топ
