By far the best Classic Gueuze I've had. Light lemon with great water. Great grain bill.

Another big tick thanks to Eddie N. Undeniable Cantillon CG characteristics with 9yrs of added must and development. The brett and bitter cocktail is *chef kiss*

Old gueuze is always a treat. Creamy body, tons of layers of funk, great.

No pop to the cork but big aromas upon opening. Soft carbonation. Smell is huge with oak and funk. Soft mouth feel. Oak is the biggest note here, followed by orange peel citrus and bitterness. I don't think it would have held up much longer.

Tasting great with complex notes citrus, apple, peach, pear, vanilla, honey, white wine, vinegar, some musty basement. Balanced mouth-watering acidity with some oak tannins and a hint of sweetness. Great way to end the year. Cheers!

Really good with just a touch of oxidation in the finish

Oh man, straight funk, lemon, honey. Not as much character as I anticipated. Beautiful beer. Bringing in 53 proper.
