4.35 Hmmm. De betere versie van een lamvinus. Vollere druif, meer tannines, expressieve druif. In het algemeen matige complexiteit, wat mss typisch cantillon is. Tof om naast de wijn de drinken.

The very first Nose was a bit sulphur as well (same like Sophia Lambic does). After a little while of breath some lightly wine/grape Notes come through. Honestly expected a bit more from this. One more Bottle in the Cellar. Will see how develope

イタリアのワイナリーCantina Giardinoの赤ワインDrogoneの醗酵後、圧搾し樽へと移した後に残ったぶどうの搾りかすをカンティヨンのランビックに入れて造られた。意外にすっきり。2021の方が好みでしたがこちらも果汁感がいいね。なによりパニエ盛り上がって楽しかった thanks
