Hier word ik blij van. Zo ultra zacht en smooth. En dan het zuurtje. Het ontluikt zich en verstopt zich vervolgens meteen weer. Spannend hoor.

Light, fruity, sour, dry. Red grapes and berries, vinous, sweet, actually juicelike. Smooth and soft, very nice.

Tannic and red wine barrel bomb. Strictly tart and dry. Loads of pomegranate, grapefruit, grapes. Sourness is just a bit disconnected, but came through easily. Class and rough. Gums are under attack. Guess it can even be more complex than that. 4.60

Bon ben... que dire. Ma Cantillon préférée jusqu'à maintenant. C'est assez différent de ce que j'ai goûté comme lambic au raisin de la brasserie jusqu'à maintenant, parce que c'est vraiment le lambic le plus purement vineux que j'ai bu.

Imagine dragon. A mythical wine/beer. The nose is very wine forward with a blend of raspberry and blueberry, with a light grain character. lively floral character with the deep grape character. Palate is dominated by the floral, berry:vinous note

The very first Nose was a bit sulphur as well (same like Sophia Lambic does). After a little while of breath some lightly wine/grape Notes come through. Honestly expected a bit more from this. One more Bottle in the Cellar. Will see how develope

Couleur: rouge framboise, Nez: vineux avec très légère acidité, arôme: complexe, légère astringence, le raisin est également présent

23Apr20. Super bright grape, rich dark funk. Paired with black currant and chestnut meatball wrapped in bacon.
