Drunk after the Divin Lambic. More carbonation, more grapes, more vinous. Aglianico grapes are strong in aroma and taste. Aroma is vinous, lot of grapes. Taste in unbelievable. Medium sweet. As Divin Lambic is too young for me. It needs time for funkiness

Wow, insane comment le raisin se translate à la bière, surtout en ayant le vin a côter pour comparer. Fruity/berries/grapes, vineuse, pasmal de tannins, dry, petit funk, mais soft. Belle balance entre sweet/tart/dry

Belle acidité, tension, mais excès aucunement, ça se boit très bien. Le tout est superbement équilibré, complexe, profondeur et élégant . Sinon superbe fruité, on est sur raisin rouge, cerise, framboise, fraise. Longue finale, certaine sensation tannique

Bon ben... que dire. Ma Cantillon préférée jusqu'à maintenant. C'est assez différent de ce que j'ai goûté comme lambic au raisin de la brasserie jusqu'à maintenant, parce que c'est vraiment le lambic le plus purement vineux que j'ai bu.

Imagine dragon. A mythical wine/beer. The nose is very wine forward with a blend of raspberry and blueberry, with a light grain character. lively floral character with the deep grape character. Palate is dominated by the floral, berry:vinous note
