10 year birthday, and the last one from the session: perfumey florals, house bacteria, and preserved raspberry. Surprisingly doesn’t bite, but this was just before the bad global warming batches started coming out

2013/2014 side by side.

This is developing amazing. Lots of funk, heavy oak, lemon, tart, still a lot of raspberry left, dry

Why not take a cellar dive? 🏊♀️. This is holding up really well.

Whispers of raspberry that literally melt into the Gueuze underneath. Aged quite well.

Bra klipp i syran. Riktigt gott.

• pairing to my sushi New Year’s dinner 🍱 • 2nd run of this beauty / 1st in 2019 • even better now although the nose faded a bit • elegant and extremely well balanced • floral, vinous, slightly fruity/raspberry, sweet, sour, bitter • ➕0.25 • 37.5 cl

Still loads of fruityness but a hint of earthy finish makes me prefer 2014 and 2016.

Nov 20 2013 375ml. What a bottle, old school Hommage’esq in the best way. Super seedy raspberry, start to finish. Nose is tart ripe fruit, minor acidity. Flavor sharpens up a touch but is never intrusive, creamy gentle carb, this bottle has decade legs.

Tart raspberries, old books, wet blankets, mind blown.

Backlog, Ed & Jon's. Insane. I guess ya gotta age lambics this much. 7 years! Raspberry and Belgian funk. Like Nick said, old wet stuff like books. Thx Nick

Bottle date 27 May 2013, from my first trip to Belgium. 375mL bottle. Immediate pop of big raspberry aroma on cork pull. Fruit is the first big impression on the palate, followed by acidity, and the the lambic cheesy funk. Nearly 8 years old, feels fresh.
