This is amazing. Complex. Funky. Decently acidic but not overwhelming. Green apple, a great musty funk that just keeps going. So good.

A gentle sour cognac nose. Dusty and bold mouthfeel. More sour to the taste, less barrel, but still holding up well and great.

Had this many times but before Untappd apparently. Stunning Cognac presence. Murky and dusty before the Cognac notes. Melts so perfectly with lambic with some savory suggestions too. Ends like a sour Cognac. Delicious. Dry, rich, even fruity. 4.80
