Bon! Finesse & équilibre, fermier (cuir, céréales fraîches, foin), raffiné, duveteux (miel brun, pain levain, sirop de fleur), fermenté (pas loin du cidre, raisin mûr), frais et piquant (baies poivrées)… impressions gustatives bien marquées & équilibrées.

A bottle share sat in the garden with the warm sunshine with the absolute David B. Before heading to the leyland festival! Jubilee weekend! This is a superb spritzy grape and apricot lambic from the legendary cantillon!

As far as gueuzes go, it doesn’t get much better than this. Yes, sour, tart and acidic, but with a superior smooth complexity that is just prize winning.

Je voudrais que toutes les sûres soient comme ça! Beau surette, pas trop fort, funk qui titille la langue. Les cerises fruitées donnent un côté sucré et astringent! Du très bon jus!
