Riktigt bra blend, Cognac tonerna kommer fram i bakgrunden när ölet har fått lufta sig en stund, fortfarande ung och frisk, perfekt kolsyra, lätt ung funk. Behöver mer tid men denna blend kan bli en riktig home run om övriga flaskor är som denna. 4.25++

Very soft & smooth, no carbo, beautiful complex Geuze with a wild & funky cellar tint. Seems to be a tad more complex & smoother than the regular Geuze. Very nice!

(LDW Share) I like that the barrel notes are present without overpowering. Assertive oak, classic gueuze notes, some citrus and orchard fruit, light funk, and a little fortified spirit fruitiness. 50N-light. Nearly still after the initial bubbles fade.

As before, decanted half and drank half without decanting. Decanted half wins by a good bit until non-decanted portion eventually catches up. More nuttiness and barrel character, less sharpness.
