Reminds me of a dessert wine but with all the funky farmy goodness. Sweet and winey, peachy, soft and delicate. Lovely.

Jeudi 14 avril Cantillon. Longtemps que je voulais y goûter. Plusieurs la trouvait rough/acide. Pour ma part j’ai bien aimé, oui elle est plus sèche mais j’aimais le petit kick poivré, branche, ça le faisait pour moi. 4.375

23 avril Dernière journée Cantillon. Pour vrai moi Vin Santo me plait beaucoup. Le raisin est beau elle est plus acide mais sans venir serrer les joues. Sèche mais goûteuse 4.375

Au nez, c’est littéralement du vin. Acidité assez prononcée qui overwhelm un brin la subtilité du raisin. Bien content d’y avoir goûté, mais je vendrai pas mon âme pour aller en rechercher une.

Just very slight sulphuric at the beginning, then the beer opens and it is a DARN elegance monster. It goes with a sweetness from the pomace, then a complexity like a gentle oak, mild acidity, white wine, sweet wine, body is light but finish amazing. 4.60
