This was class. Real fruity, slight fizz with a little dryness. Spot on 🍻🍾 Happy New Year folks. Hope 2021 is a great one

Apricots have a fresh orange and tangerine character, similar to the 2017 vintage, but IMO this is slightly better. Bright with very mild funk. Excited to see how this one develops. Thanks Brian M. !

The foam surprised me as it was really thick as I poured it into the glass.Smells like apricots and lambic.Frst kick is lambic sour,but it quickly turns into some easy kind of bitterness.Aftertaste is nicely sweet and sour.One for ageing already put aside

Huomattavasti parempi kuin 2015 nautittu versio, joka käsittääkseni ei vielä ollut kypsää, mutta voi myös olla, että oma maku ei ollut silloin vielä tarpeeksi vastaanottavainen. Maukas aprikoosi, kivasti hapan. Hieno olut.

I've had 10 vintages of fou foune and this is my least favorite I've had. Apricot in the nose doesn't transmit well to the taste, and it's pretty grassy. Mouthfeel is disrupted by microcarb. It's a great beer, but it's not up to the other fou bottlings.

Very fresh and refreshing. Apricot is more present in flavor than 2019's fresh batch, but this beer usually shines after a year of aging in the bottle. 4.35
