Did it get better or did I just like fresh Fou better? Still a touch of THP as it warmed though. Good overall.

Let this warm up more than usual and dividends were paid! Creamy feel to the body. Fruit forward but the funk is definitely on the up. Expressive but restrained, as a whole it’s sublimely well put together.

This bad boy has evolved but is drinking so well still. The apricot flesh has matured a bit into peach rings, with a still reasonable mild-medium acetic acidity and lots of funk.

Yesterday. 4.5-4.75 range. Apricots were shining here. Just another solid vintage. Surprised it was a bit more acidic than expected. But not over the top. Thanks thomas

Such vibrant apricots, slightly funky and the sourness is not a pucker up. Wow, wow wow.

Happy Easter, and Quintessence weekend! The apricot is dominant on this one still at a year and a half old. But hints of funk were peaking through here and there.
