Wereldklasse uit Brussel ! Zeer veel abrikoos, heel mooi zuurtje en uiteraard een dijk van een Lambik er onder die heerlijk droog en vol is en uiteraard alles piekfijn in balans

NVG. Klasse Bier, sehr entspannt trinkbar. Frucht gar nicht sooo im Vordergrund, Säure aber auch nicht. Einfach schön ausgewogen. Kein Verzet-Waldboden, sondern die gewohnte Cantillon-Holzigkeit, die in diesem Fall allerdings nicht trocken ist. Good stuff

LCI. Nearly a year later now and it does seem like the apricot is a bit less bang on now. No change in score though, this is still class.

Candied apricot, low funk, medium to high acidity but much more approachable than 2019.
