The Fresher, the better. There’s literally nothing I would change about this beer. And for that reason alone, it deserves (in my humble opinion) a perfect score. And nothing less. Probably my favorite Lambic of all time, maybe my favorite beer of all time

Fruity peaches, funky, juicy, medium sourness. More smooth than usual.

Apricots have a fresh orange and tangerine character, similar to the 2017 vintage, but IMO this is slightly better. Bright with very mild funk. Excited to see how this one develops. Thanks Brian M. !

I've been so blessed to have so much good beer in my life and the saga continues... I can taste the terroir and it transports me back to the few hours I spent in the brewery a couple years back. So what if I prefer Highland Park's apricot beers? 😬

Yep, still my favorite beer of all time. Fun to have a super fresh bottle, bottled Aug 2020. Apricot jam is in your face but on the swallow you get more of the nuanced funk. Nice and dry finish, perfect acidity, you can’t go wrong. Lucked into this bottle

Sweet and tart, cheesy funky peachy, and hint of barrel nose on this one! Taste follows with a tart and funky hint of peach finish. Great!

The foam surprised me as it was really thick as I poured it into the glass.Smells like apricots and lambic.Frst kick is lambic sour,but it quickly turns into some easy kind of bitterness.Aftertaste is nicely sweet and sour.One for ageing already put aside

Tart lemon with some salt up front, apricot gets slightly fruity, adding a touch of sweetness. The tartness (8/10) continues throughout.
