A monster stone fruit benchmark. Huge peach/apricot purée. Fresh and pungent. Rustic, acidic. Tamed aggressiveness. A beautiful juice. Lil' sweet. Low-medium bodied, silky, smooth, crispy, mineral. Farm, barn, hay. Vegetal. Extremely impressive. Amazing.

The older these Foufoune become, the drier they seem to be. Or it's this particular vintage. But it's really funky, almost cheese like and super dry. Apricot is still very present but without any sweetness more fruity.

MASSIVE APRICOT. Really ripe (although still quite tart) up front but almost plummy to drink. I liked the draught version at The Bear but this is really full of flavour. And impressively sour.

Absolutely delicious 1000th beer with great company 🥰 Very nice, balanced and delicate. Yeasty and barrel in the nose yet very fine on the palate with a pleasant sour taste blended with the slightly sharp peel of apricot.

Just a disturbing peach nose. Apricot, stone fruits. Extremely pungent, sharp, acute. Medium aggressiveness. Grainy core. Wild, funky, leathery. Horse, sweat, hay. Tart. Acidic. Astringent. Layered. Low-medium bodied, silky, smooth, effervescent. Lovely.
