BD 5/8 - 20. Serverad lite för kall. Svagt med aprikos till en början. Allt eftersom den blir varmare öppnar upp sig ich mer frukt framträder. Riktigt fin, men bättre ännu färskare. Iaf om man är ute efter aprikoser....

Gros nez de confiture d’abricot. Un peu trop d’acidité, mais le fruit est malade.

B-day Fou is a really delicious tradition around these parts. This was a solid vintage! Bright apricot and a slightly oaky and lemon juicy lambic tail to it, but apricot preserves and a very bit of pucker in the tail. Funky and will develop well in time

Still v fruit forward, acidity well balanced and that typical Cantillon funk starting to kick in nicely
