Fresh is best. August 2020 bottle. Popping with apricots and funk and even a little vanilla. Fantastic

Really intense apricots. Could be because the keg is next to emptied and this is where the taste is :-)

This is fantastic this year. So much apricot jam. Funk is ongoing and super smooth. Perfect tartness rather than sour. Lingers for ages. Carb keeps the flavour going. Honestly close to perfect

Très belle robe orangée, petite mousse. Un nez très agréable avec de l’abricot et du funky. Mouthfeel top ! Légère acidité et l’abricot qui reste au fond du pâté sur la fin. Très beau travail.

Incredible. Light funk but vibrant and perfect acidity. Unfortunately corkscrew was broken and had to improvise after wrapping all day

Massive apricot, vanilla and minimal funk. Apricot jam, white grapes and lemon, followed by peach and more sticky apricot. Finishes with tart gooseberry and more sweet peaches. Really lovely to have minimal funk and let the fruit shine through. 2020 cork

Fabelagtig årgang og stadig helt frisk. Så fed og cremet sammen med en pivfrisk frugt og perlende smag. Klasse!

Lekkere smaak van perzik, lichte bite. Romig, lekkere zurige smaak. Erg gebalanceerd. Lichte perziksmaak blijft hangen in de afdronk, licht zurig en romig.

Massively complex, almost earthy fresh apricot fruit flavor overwhelms this. Almost zero funk. Plenty bright, quite acidic. Amazeballs as usual.

First time on this patio in a year (or more). Not sure if the happy feelings are making the beer taste better, but I'm enjoying it thoroughly. Good balance of pucker and sweet.

Apricot is the first thing you feel in a natural way with a lot of depth. Then when it dissipates come the bretty/funky notes. All of that is wrapped in a very enjoyable acidic coat, that remains in your mouth for a bit.

Première Cantillon, au nez, odeur de botte, gout vinaigré. En 2ieme, l'odeur disparait, et laisse place à un fruit que je n'arrive pas a distinguer. Le goût s'améliore de minute en minute
