Spontan with apricots. Second time with this. Picked it up in a Madrid bar and pretty much guzzled it last time. From hopduvel this time so a steady session at home. Bottled in aug 2022 and recommended drink within year which is unusual for a lambic.

Really good stuff. Juicy and tangy with a round forward body. Better than some of the stuff that I picked out in Brussels. 🤦🏼♂️

たぶん2022の。 まだまだ硬いけどCantillonでも随一のくすんだ酵母旨味と果実酸味。量を飲んだのは初めてで、300ml全部愉しむには少し工夫がいると学んだ。

Jahrgang 2019 - nach der tap-Version im Muted Horn jetzt auch aus der Flasche - vergleichbar Spitze -> granatenstarke Aprikosennote, weich-fruchtig-süß (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) - im Geschmack deutlich trockener (ungesüßter) als das Aroma vermuten läßt, bissl funky - toll

Excellent! This is a bucket list beer for me, and I LOVE it. Proper glassware, 5 euro. So bright, refreshing, underlying funk, totally balanced

Aroma, amazing. Like ripping open a super ripe apricot and sticking your nose into it. Touch of funk. Cobblerish. Taste, for me, is less sweet. Funk and tartness come through. Somewhat dry. Lovely sour.

Much needed after a long day. More mellow than expected but in a good way. Subtle apricot flavor and not overly sour. Just a nice tartness and slight funk.

But:10.08.2020 Kwaśniejsze but. ...albo tak kubki smakowe po wczorajszym miodów pitnych testowaniu rozkalibrowane🤣 Nadal morele tak w aromacie jak i smaku ale "dziksze" w bukiecie mniej balansu kwasowość dominuje...poczekamy zobaczymy jak się to rozwinie
