Long time bucket list beer. Smoother and less funky than expected. Really nice. Had slightly higher expectations but delicious nonetheless.

First ever cantillon. Really good, smooth. Not that tart but well balanced.

Wonderful. Proper lambic. Fruit comes in at the back end. Complex. And it's on draft!

Deliciously balanced apricot/stone fruits. Not much funk. Little sourness and acid. Lambic share to start off Block Party 2022

Funk and stone fruit on the nose. Sharp mouthfeel, light bodied. Funk throughout the palate. Apricot/peach and dry on the back and finish. So glad to try this on tap!
