Had at 4.25 years, little weird initially but opened up by 3rd sip. Fantastic nose and finish, little light on carb

super soft. well balanced acidity. funky as fuck on the nose, but a bit more subdued on the taste. had almost a fruitiness. really tasty.

Bruised green apple, sourdough yeast, light barnyard funk, and white vinous character. Very balanced with acidity upfront then drying out throughout and finishing with a lemon sherbet sweetness.
