Definite alcohol and barrel on the nose. Funky and tasty, lightly acidic, complex and enjoyable.

Mineral, Soft, lovely oaky and spirit notes. Quite Dusty and oaky, but fine balance. So glad to have this again

Held up very nicely, lost some carbonation but lovely barrel, slightly tart and more funky, dry and vinous.

Green apple, a ton of sweetness from the brandy barrel, fairly oaky, light citrus, light nuttinesd. Opens up well.

Wood first, then juicy citrus, then a long finish. Light carb, but doesn’t taste flat. Nice brandy taste throughout.

Finally a good reason to crack this beauty (just a Monday night dinner with way out of town friends before they leave again). Moldy, earthy, wooden funk, just the way you expect this to be. Just a perfect beer in almost every way.

Awesome nose. You can taste subtle cognac. My only complaint is that this is not really a daily drinker. Too rich 😜

Ce n'est pas pour les doux, mais c'est vraiment particulier et plaisant. Gros nez sur le cuir. En bouche, le cognac apparaît subtilement. Le côté boisé est plus prononcé. Le lambic offre un beau côté agrumé. Encore une fois j'apprécie le moment!

New Cantillon favorite that I will never get to try ever again. Low carbonation, thick/syrupy body. Fruity and boozy hints from the brandy. Sublime.

Belgium-Pt. 2: This might have been my favorite out of many favorites at Cantillon. The cognac barrel really lends some nice complexities to the lambic. Excellent.

Желтый. Дух: старый коньячный бочонок, бабушкин свитер, пыль, безвонючая свежесть, алыча, каучук, кожа, ваниль, белое вино. Плоть: каучук, сильная горечь, грейпфрут с цедрой, лимон, древесина, немного старого коньяка, зеленое яблоко. В конце счастье...
