Les nez est discret. La robe rubis, trouble. Mousse fine, crémeuse. Entrée en bouche vive, les griottes direct. La finale est ultra fruitée, ça fait du bien où ça passe.

Nice earthy sour cherry, wooden oak barrel, faint cherry pit, light lemony subtle musty wild red berry aroma and a dusty, barnyard, subtle marzipan nose with a good sharp acidic cherryish, mild lemony sourness, subtle acetic, funky bretty oak barrel taste

Lip smackingy tart with a punchy cherry sweetness. Tinges of vanilla and marzipan with a touch of tannins to dry out the finish. Fantastic balance to this.

A generous bottle share from my awesome neighbour. A Holy Grail of global ales. Perfect balance, layering & depth. A big rush of cherry jam, massive acidity, barrel oakiness & the sourness is just exceptional. Plenty of funkiness to keep things grooving

11/17 Cherry juice and earthy cyanide pit but toasty almond and not too tart/sharp. More rounded and nice.

Geruch von Mandel und Kirsche, schöne Säure im Antrunk, großartig und vielschichtig am Gaumen, wahrscheinlich das beste Kriek, das ich je getrunken habe. Wenn man Sauerbiere mag, kommt man da nicht herum, fantastisch.
