Zwanze 2020 - Brettrave

Lambic - Fruit

This year, we wanted to return to our roots, which inspired the special blend for Zwanze 2020: Lambic with beetroot! The beer's color is intensly red, fluorescent even, and the nose is fruity yet quite earthy. The palate is complex, a nice balance between the acidity of the Lambic and the roundness of the beetroot.

Beetroot juice and spruce aroma. Pickled beets with sherry vinegar. Medium sour, sweet and body. Sherry vinegar finish. Interesting enough.

13. W aromacie cudowny zapach buraczka, a z kwaśnymi nutami bardziej kieruje myśli za zakwas buraczany. Przyjemny. W smaku na pierwszym planie nuty lambika, ale zaraz po chwili pojawiają się buraczane. Przyjemny kwasek. Brakuje tylko burgera z burakiem.😷

Sidste sjat Zwanze. Meget tydelig rødbede i næse og mund. Meget jordagtig og rund smag, der går godt til syren. Krydret til sidst, næsten lidt peberrodagtig. Skidelækkert IMO, men man skal være en rødbedefyr (gingerpun not intended Jeppe L.)
