Soooo... this beer. How to explain this beer? Beets me. (Boooourns!) Massively earthy, intriguingly so, before easing into a beet juice next to the funk. As the beets dissipate, this beer will improve. (I think.) [2021 Catch Up]

Rode biet, onmiskenbaar. Aards. Licht mineraalachtig. Mild zuur als tegengewicht voor de zoetere biet. Voor de fans. Ik vind hem wel goed!

Light red colour, clear. Smells like beetroot. Tastes like beetroot, sour, a bit cantillon funk and surprisingly high carbonization. I love it

Very nice clear bright red color with a super fine pink head. Aroma and flavor dominated by beetroot, a bit earthy, high carbonization, surprisingly crisp, with the expected funkyness. Good one!

Smells like biting into a raw beet but flavor is super mellow and slightly sweet and fruity. Love the oddity

Bietjes, aarde achtig, wortel, wat rode vruchten zoals aardbei en bessen, groente en rode wijn in de geur en smaak. Mooie gelaagdheid en balans tussen aarde en wrang.

Very dirty and earthy with no beer hint. Insane aroma. Unusual flavor that is sensational: earthy beetroot sustains through the mild tart lambic flavors throughout. Gorgeous beer and a fun experiment.
