Very beetroot-y. Earthy. Can see this one being a love it or hate it!

Wow this was one funky beer. Like spontaneously fermented Hi-C. Bright red.

Not really majestic but exactly what it is supposed to be - a pleasant Zwanze(joke).

Very unusual. Earthy, acidic, and very very beetroot!

If you don’t like beets, you will hate this beer.

Light tartness but big cranberry and other tart fruit on the nose. As always excellent

Definite beet flavs ... quite earthy & savory. I like

Couldn’t do it - reminded me too much of barszcz (which I love) but not in cold form

Earthy fresh pressed beet juice on the nose. Beets overpower the lambic but nevertheless I thoroughly enjoyed it. Went for a second pour. Would love to try out of the bottle with some age!

Don't like beets. This tastes like beet juice. The nose is potting soil.

It’s Cantillon but the beetroot is a bit too prominent (and I’m not the biggest fan of beets). Interesting concept though.

Strong beet, interesting but one glass is enough

Can barely taste any lambic, but I love beets, so it was awesome!

Had this at Side Project Zwanze. Lambic and some earthy notes on the nose. Beautiful deep red color. The palate is mainly an earthy beet flavor with some acidity and oakiness to round it out. 2/5 tartness. Crisp finish. Very interesting few.

Woah straight pickled beets. I can taste the dirt these beets were grown in. If you hate beets this certainly is not for you

I love it. So earthy. Atoma and taste of red beets and funk. Great color too....

Blood red and is beets for sure! Little sweet and not much acidity

Despite having a horrible old beet and wilted wheat grass nose, this is a pretty interesting brew. It has a surprisingly deep body that has a flavor with a lot of good vegetal, root-y/earthy, notes to it and a nice,, faintly funky, beet-y sweet finish.

beers, bears, BEETS - dry middle ground of a finish, not great but definitely not bad
