Начинал оценивать с 4,5 - но потом проникся и понял - 4,75. Вкус деликатный , отношение к кислотности , проверенное опытом .Сохранил убежденность - или чистый гез , или гез с виноградной темой.Тут-мерло.

Voor mij is dit de perfecte blend tussen rode Merlot-druiven en lambiek. Smaakt 'jong', fruitig en is erg soepel. Lekker voor bij de bbq. Thnx guys van Appelsap!

Du fruit du fruit du fruit, vineuse, sèche, belle acidité acétique plus présente au fur et à mesure de la dégustation. Pépite!

Lots of grape as expected with fresh Cantillon. Again, all 3 beers are execeptional but I'd take the aged St. Lam over this by a very close margin.

Beautiful amethyst pour. Bold grape, little funk, nice carbonation. Could drink this entire bottle if Patrick would let me 😳

Оч танинно и винно. Ферма оч гармонично дополняет винность. Бордошные бочки здорово повлияли. Максимально приближено к вину. Цветочно, ягодно, легкая ванильность, сухое дерево, земля.
