Druivenlambiek die vanzelfsprekend dicht ligt tegen een wijn. Lichte rode wijn aroma, vineus karakter,heel droge afdronk. Licht fruitig, zuurtje ook aanwezig

Full on grapes, low acidity, slightly tannic. Will be way better with some time.

Mmmmm. Dit wordt een goeie vintage. Zeer zacht, subtiel zuur en subtiele tannines. De cantillon basis funk zit er goed in en zal alleen maar beteren.

Tannic, really musty red grape skins and rich. Lots of dark fruits. Wild plums and their stones. Drying and smooth. Red currant jelly. Wine like warming mouthfeel. Light, sweet oaky backbone throughout. Sultanas and gentle supporting tartness. Excellent

Full on lambic w/ Merlot grapes 🍇. It has to warm to just the right temperature to pop. Quite a mature and well aged brew. It slowly grows on me. Lovely. Tart and the grapes are present, but not so wine like. Dry clean finish.

LCI grape and sourness baöanced in perfection. Dry, funky and fruity on the tongue.

A: czerwone winigrona (i miąższ i pestki), trochę funky, troszkę winnie, ciut drewna S: kwaskowe, winigrona, okrągłe, dość taniczny finisz. 4,3
