Jura/flor i nesa, kortere, mangler noe av sødmen i smaken. Noe krydder. Fin balanse, men antakelig mer som en mat-øl (suppe, gresk salat, lette sørøstasiatiske retter) enn en vanlig drikkeøl.

We're back after some waffles, chocolate & a brisk walk, tho we apparently just missed LPK. This one again exhibits excellent carb to balance a tropical acidity, nearing pineapple-mango (fresh hop?), before the funky damp oak comes w mild walnut bleu.

Coco Pops on the nose but then it goes pang. Great fizz. Gentle grape fruitiness balances well against the dry funk.

Incredible! A beast of a Lambic. Full, deliciously sour, loaded with tannins from the grapes, and it’s crisp too. Superb drinking

Sharp grape aroma with underlying notes of funk. Lots of subtle grape notes on the tongue, dry. Decent acidity. Not really sour. Mild tartness on the finish but has a very clean finish otherwise. Sweeter grape notes on the end of the finish.

One of my favourites. White wine, grapes, apple and and subtle funky notes with some wood. Quite sweet with an acidic bite. I really hope this one gets a release soon.

Spent better part of a bottle together and this is getting to a great point at the moment. Beautiful balance from acidity to grape to lambic.
