2022 cork. Couldn’t be arsed adding new vintages. Great gear. Super clean. Crisp fresh grape. Low acidity is a boon for me.

Need to be settle still. Not much balance and it has a long moment of void which is not supported by lambic. Tastes like pomace and grape juice/some young wine. Dry, mildly acidic. I enjoyed much more 2019 in comparison. 3.60

Much brighter and more acidic. Juicy and vivacious. Lambic still complimenting nicely, but this needs at least a year or two more to rest.

Quite dry and tart. White wine wasn't very prominent on the nose.

Bottle share with the the birthday lad David B. Enjoying the visit to Cantillon and it’s a nice upstairs bar. A nice grape spritzy light lambic.

On to a white grape based no.- contrasts to the previous beer with delightful character and lemon edge- great beer!- Happy Days!.......

Stunning white grape based offering….I’m getting apples on the palatte with a cider bouche profile. Lemon edge balances into a dance in the mouth. Stunning. Cheers
