Mocny ocet, ale nie zgagowy, winogrona, skórka - spoczko, ale dla mnie za kwaśny. Po czasie cytryna dochodzi, zaokrągla tę kwaśność trochę.

Strong sulfur notes unfortunately. Strong stone fruit notes and melon-like white wine. Some mild funk, not to be mixed with the "funky" sulfur notes that turns this almost oniony somehow. Beautiful full-ish body, soft carbonation and medium acidity.

White grape. Funky yet smooth. An acidity cuts through but there are sweet notes as a counterpoint. Would work well with cheese. Bdrmm gig is calling. Not long to wait now.

A bit too sour and acidic for my taste. This is similar to cider and wine. Prefer a more fruity lambic.

Väga imelik rüübe..viinamarjad ega tehtud, aga maitse on kui tomati-viinamarja leotis kerge basiilikuga, mis on kastetud veini sisse. Siin on purgis säilitamisel midagi valesti läinud. Ei hinda.
