Incredible! A beast of a Lambic. Full, deliciously sour, loaded with tannins from the grapes, and it’s crisp too. Superb drinking

Coco Pops on the nose but then it goes pang. Great fizz. Gentle grape fruitiness balances well against the dry funk.

Sour grapes taste, funky undertones. Grainy tones. Vinous citrusy fruitiness (in a white wine way). Dry.

First of the day, favorite of the day. Vinous, dry, the grapes are light and complex. Some wood, tartness, really delicious.

Wow!!!! You really get the Petit Pineau grapes... Nice and funky, a funky white wine.

Near perfect druiven. Hope it develops a bit of minerality with âge. Soft, low acid and easily crushable bottle

Light and clean. Delicate on the palate and sweet. I have the 2019 and gonna age that while more to see what happens.
