3 April. Fully body, classic cantillon. Malty, biscuity, old hops. Low in funk. Green apple, unripe fruit. Low carb. Faint biting acidity

Develops some hints of that dope aged Cantillon goozyfunk once it opens up

Lukter funky lagringsost. Fjøs, tørka frukt, syre og kompleksitet. Tørr. Passende med et Nøgne-glass da dette nok var noe av det siste som ble importert via dem.

Nov 7th 2019 bottling. Tastes like cork. Could be bottling issue or a victim of my cellar.

Sharp citrus nose. Hazy golden body with tight carbonation and significant mouthfeel. Drying, woody notes lead to smooth sour citrus and a long, drying finish. Gloriously aged!

Apparently this is super rare so had to try it. Real sour sour. Loads of flavours going on.

Nice afternoon at Wild Workshop tasting Cantillon beers stored by GP since 2019. Thought this had become a little harsh since I first had it.
