Realmente una delicia. Unas cervezas como confitadas, con canela. Acidez y dulzor muy equilibrado. Me ha encantado. Podría ser más un 4.75, pero estoy generoso y feliz 😊.

After finishing the amazing brewery tour, I was lucky enough to be invited to a table of other patrons where they shared their bottles with me. This was my favourite, fullness of the cherries was delicious, complex, slightly sour, dry. Amazing.

Cherry fruit bomb, almonds, marzipan, slight hint of prickly balsamico, really nice, complex and balanced. The best way to change trains.

Very rich cherry flavor, almost like syrup. Very heavily carbonated. Nice tartness. If there were no funk, I might love this. New best in show here.
