Quand t'as pas eu l'occasion de la goûter au Monk's mais que 2 ans et demi après tu la goûtes à la source, hourra !

Tastes like a normal Gueuze beer. Kind of a special edition that I had to try.

Not a draft version (which probably does not exist at all, just made up by Untappd fucktards), but served from a label-less bottle under the counter. Good but not spectacular. Trur me roan litt nå, droppe blåberå i dag...

Rhubarb & framboise - every sip, the balance between them switches. Very nice.

Beer is better shared, as Pizo liked to say (and I agree)

Totally different nose and flavor than from the bottle a few years ago

FLN, always preferred the bottles over the draft for this one. Nath shining over the LPF which is fine by me

Very lightly fruited. Huge funky lambic, lotsa blue cheese. Excellent. $25/pour. 😱

Very easy on the palate. Tart, funky with a lingering aftertaste of earthy berries. This one makes my tongue tingle.
